Service and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and authorized to act for the business whose messaging assets you connect. United Aero Services provides software for managing WhatsApp business communications; Meta controls the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Account security

You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, credentials, connected business assets, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• Follow applicable laws, the WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policy, and Business Messaging Policy.
• Message only recipients with valid consent and honor all opt-out requests.
• Do not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or prohibited content.
• Do not evade platform limits, impersonate others, scrape data, resell unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for data you submit and instruct us to process. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases. You authorize us and our service providers to process that data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. Plan limits, prices, and features may change with notice. Taxes, Meta conversation charges, and third-party fees may be separate unless expressly stated.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, Meta assets, or the service; respond to legal requests; address security risks; or investigate violations. You may cancel through the billing portal and request account deletion.

Third-party services

Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, Google, Vercel, and other integrations are independent services. Their availability, review decisions, account restrictions, and policy enforcement are outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, Meta approval, or business results. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
