WhatsApp Messaging Consent and Opt-out Policy

Effective June 30, 2026

Businesses using United Aero Services must follow this policy in addition to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and all applicable privacy, marketing, and consumer-protection laws.

Consent requirements

  • Obtain clear consent before initiating WhatsApp messages.
  • Explain the business identity and the types of messages the person agrees to receive.
  • Keep evidence of when, where, and how consent was obtained.
  • Do not rely on purchased, scraped, inferred, or shared contact lists without valid permission.

Message rules

  • Use approved templates when required by WhatsApp.
  • Keep content consistent with the consent given.
  • Use free-form replies only inside the applicable customer-service window.
  • Do not send prohibited content or attempt to evade quality, frequency, or account restrictions.

Opt-out handling

Recipients must have an easy way to stop messages. United Aero Services recognizes STOP and supported equivalents, marks the contact unsubscribed, suppresses campaign sends, and blocks manual or automated replies. A recipient may restore consent by sending START or RESUME.

Customer responsibility

The business customer remains responsible for lawful consent, message content, targeting, frequency, suppression lists, and responding to privacy requests. United Aero Services controls help enforce these obligations but do not replace legal review.

United Aero Services is operated by United Aero Services Pvt. Ltd., with technology provided by Taleef Technologies L.L.C-FZ. WhatsApp is a Meta product and is not owned by United Aero Services.
