Account and Data Deletion
Effective June 30, 2026
United Aero Services, operated by United Aero Services Pvt. Ltd., with technology provided by Taleef Technologies L.L.C-FZ, lets account holders request deletion of their account and associated customer data using the authenticated process below.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to your United Aero Services account.
- Open Settings.
- Select Privacy & Data.
- Choose Request account deletion and confirm the request.
What happens next
The account is marked for review and deletion. We may verify ownership or retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or law. Approved requests are normally completed within 30 days.
Information covered
The request covers the United Aero Services profile, stored WhatsApp configuration, contacts, conversations, campaigns, templates, reports, and related account settings under that tenant. Data controlled independently by Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe, or another provider must be managed with that provider.
Before requesting
Export any information you must retain and cancel active subscriptions. Deletion can permanently remove operational data and may not be reversible.
