Information we process

• Account and business profile information.
• WhatsApp configuration, business account identifiers, encrypted access credentials, templates, contacts, and campaign settings.
• Messages and conversation metadata processed at the customer’s direction.
• Usage, delivery, security, audit, and diagnostic records.
• Billing identifiers and subscription status supplied by Stripe; we do not store full payment-card details.

How we use information

• Provide campaigns, inbox, automation, analytics, billing, support, and security.
• Transmit messages and process delivery events at the business customer’s instruction.
• Prevent abuse, enforce limits, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.
• Generate AI-assisted replies only when the customer enables that feature.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the service, including Meta/WhatsApp, Google Firebase and Gemini, Vercel, Stripe, and configured media-storage providers. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Business customer responsibilities

Business customers control the contact lists and messaging purposes they upload. They must have a lawful basis and valid WhatsApp opt-in, provide required notices, honor opt-outs, and avoid prohibited or sensitive content.

Retention and security

We retain information only while needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use access controls, encryption for stored credentials, audit records, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Account holders can update their profile, export contact information, manage subscriptions, and request account deletion from Settings → Privacy & Data. Message recipients can opt out by replying STOP or an equivalent supported keyword. Additional rights may apply under local law.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
